Before returning an item, we recommend that you contact us first so we can look at a suitable solution together.
Condition of return:
When you return an item, you automatically agree to the return conditions of www.burdeauxlife.com.- Timeline for return: Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery.
- Responsibility of sender: Keep in mind that you as the sender are responsible. Approximately 5-10% of returns experience problems that prevent us from refunding. Be prepared for this before you ship the item.
- Track & Trace proof of shipping: You must send the proof of shipping with a Track & Trace code to support@burdeauxlife.com. We can only process a refund after the tracking number shows that the package was actually delivered.
- Receipt of return: Returns must be reported to us in writing at support@burdeauxlife.com.
- Condition of items: Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. If there is any damage, please report it to us immediately substantiated with photos (and or videos if necessary).
- Resellable: Items should be in a condition that we can resell them.
Excluded from returns and restitution:
- Custom-made items and special orders cannot be returned.
- Items of a personal nature and items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as underwear, lingerie, pantyhose and personal care products)
- Items shipped after 14 days of receipt.
Return procedure in 8 steps:
Step 1: Please read the return conditions: Read the return conditions at the beginning of this page carefully before following the steps.
Step 2: Contact our customer service: Report a return to our customer service via email at support@burdeauxlife.com. Please include your contact information and order number and include clear photos or videos of any defects or damage. If the product is defective upon delivery and is under our supplier's warranty, you are entitled to a new one and do not need to return it.
Step 3: Download the return form below and fill it out completely. Add this form to the package. If any information is missing, we cannot issue a refund.

Step 4: Pack your package carefully, securely and neatly:
Step 5: Create a traceable shipping label: Create a shipping label online or at a local post office. Make sure this label has a traceable track & trace code. (The return address will be provided via email).
Step 6: Stick the shipping label on the package: Stick the shipping label securely on the package or have it done at a postal point. Send the items together with the completed return form to the return address.
Step 7: Send the shipping ticket: Send the shipping ticket with the track & trace number as a reply to the email indicating that you are returning the item to support@burdeauxlife.com.
Step 8: Agreement & Pending Receipt: By sending it, you agree to our terms and conditions. We must wait until the tracking shows 'delivered'. Once this is there, we will process a refund within 14 business days using the same payment method you paid with.
Please note:
- As the sender, you are responsible. And we want to avoid misunderstandings.
- In 5-10% of cases, tax obligations, loss, or other obstacles may cause returns not to arrive. If this happens, a refund from our side is unfortunately not possible. If your shipment is insured, you may be able to claim a refund of the purchase price and/or shipping costs through the delivery service. Depending on the courier's policy and the nature of the problem, the package may also be returned to you, the sender.
Can I refuse at the door, not pick it up at a pickup point or return it with the delivery person?.
No, to guarantee successful refund, it is necessary to follow our return steps and conditions. Returning by dropping off with the delivery driver, not picking up at a pickup point, or refusing at the door will not be accepted. Unfortunately, if the return did not follow our procedure, we cannot process and guarantee a refund.
Terms and Conditions:
- The cost to return your order is always at your expense and risk. Return costs are not refundable.
- Shipping costs vary between 11 and 50 euros/dollars, depending on the size and weight of your package and the chosen delivery service. For larger, heavier orders and depending on the delivery service, the cost may be higher.
- You as the sender are responsible. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or problems during the shipping process. We reserve the right not to issue a refund in such cases.
- Please make sure the items are in good condition and meet all conditions before returning them.
- Bulky and oversized product packaging must adhere to the carrier's standard criteria. As a result, when the products are folded when packaged, they may have creases. Please note that this is not a product flaw. To prevent wrinkles and creases, spread the product flat for 3-5 days.
- Refunds will be made within 14 business days of receipt of the return package at our international storage warehouse in China.
- The shipping receipt with track & trace must be sent to us at support@burdeauxlife.com. Preferred by responding to previous email contact.
